What services does your pharmacy offer?
The Pharmacy offers a wide range of over the counter products as well as prescription services. We do medication consultation and procurement of difficult to source and High end products at better than market pricing with quick turn around. We currently offer a delivery service door to door. We also conduct a weekly podcast which is our education forum.
How can I refill my prescription?
Customers can refill prescriptions via the online request page here. We also accept walk in refills and call in refills. We can also do monthly reminders to you if you'd like or prefer.
Can I transfer my prescription from another pharmacy to yours?
Absolutely we are more than happy to meet your needs if our Pharmacy is more convenient for you and you prefer our services. You can transfer your prescriptions and we are happy to deliver to you as well.
What should I do if I have a question about my medication?
Should you have any question about your medication, you can submit your query online by completing the online form here, simply select ask the pharmacist as your subject.
Do you accept insurance, and how can I find out if my plan is covered?
We have an excellent rapport and relationship with all the major insurances in country. We take care of all your insurance verification and processing to ensure you get efficient service.

Our Hours are
Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 8 pm and
Sunday: 8 am to 4 pm
Do you offer any health and wellness programs or screenings?
Quality Care Pharmacy subscribes to the Medication Management Deployment system ensuring that all out patients get optimal outcomes from their medication compliance.
How can I find out about potential side effects of my medication?
Please feel free to speak to any of our pharmacists and trained personnel about your medication concerns including side effects or contraindications with other medications. Let's make sure there is no duplicate therapy in your prescriptions medication regiment or over the counter drugs used.
What should I do if I miss a dose of my medication?
If you miss your medication administration time within 2 hours please take it when you remember. If however it is too close to your next dose wait until the next dose. If you are taking your medications regularly you would be in steady state meaning still having a balance amount of your medication in your body, providing you have been taking your medication consistently. Antibiotics dosages should be taken as soon thereafter you remember to take once you missed your dose.
